Broccardo, Barolo DOCG San Giovanni Riserva, Filippo Broccardo, Piemonte 2017
Filippo Broccardo, Monforte d’Alba, Langhe, Piemonte
Nestled among the three townships of Langhe, namely Monforte d’Alba, Barolo and Novello, the vineyards are the home of four unique grape varieties. In the San Pietro vineyard, the estate grows top-quality Nebbiolo, Barbera, Dolcetto, and Arneis, whereas, in the Paiagallo, Ravera, and San Giovanni vineyards, only Nebbiolo is cultivated. The finesse, structure, and elegance in the fruits come from terroirs left by the withdrawal of Sea Padano.
