Vino di Anna is a small, family-run estate perched high on the slopes of Mount Etna, whose vineyards are planted in a series of historic lava flows. Fiery! The estate owns 7 hectares spread across the mountain, and all farming is biodynamic, with work in the vineyard being undertaken by hand, fermentation done using indigenous yeasts, and no fining or filtering.. Their wines, like all the best wines, are expressive of the soil they come from. The also produce olive oil, and help curate a rare species of Sicilian black beehand. The olives are then immediately sent to the mill for cold pressing the same day.
Add a fresh taste of Sicily to the table. Drizzle over salads, your favorite pasta dishes and fresh baked bread. With notes of peppers and tomato on the nose, artisanal olive oil has delicious acidity with a delicate spice profile.
