The Barons are an old fraternity, a brother and sisterhood of the grand names of the Barossa, established in 1975, that together use their personality and gravitas to champion the heritage, traditions and legacy of Australia’s most revered wine region.

Membership includes Elderton, Henschke, Kalleske, Glaetzer Wines, Kaesler Wines and Yalumba, just to name a few.

But don’t let the imposing and lofty name deter you! The whole operation is very down-to-earth and produces some very approachable and affordable wines under the ‘Barons’ banner.

Take this 2022 Riesling, classic Eden Valley in every way. With buckets of lime, red grapefruit pith and white flowers all tied together with lively and fresh acidity that sings.
