Jean-Philippe Fichet, Meursault

Jean-Philippe is surely one of the hardest working producers in Burgundy. His manicured vineyards produce great quality fruit and with his years of experience, he is making classic but refined white Burgundies with great terroir definition. The Domaine has been producing truly exceptional wines particularly in the last few years with many well deserved accolades.

Offering some of the weight and character of a hillside Meursault but with a nervier feel. There are some floral and orange top-notes which add complexity and give some ripeness, but this is a wine which is defined by its tension and acidity.

Grape: 100% Chardonnay
