Gault Millau German ‘Winemaker of the Year’ in 1999, Helmut Dönnhoff is slowly relinquishing the reigns to his equally talented son, Cornelius. This is the most highly regarded cellar in the entire Nahe valley and sits amongst the finest Riesling producers in the world. Helmut considers the 2011 vintage as possibly the finest of the past ten years, with power, intensity and minerality. 

Coming from one of Germany’s finest producers, Riesling QbA Dönnhoff is an outstanding entry-level dry Riesling. Vinified in stainless steel to remain the fruit’s purity, Riesling QbA Dönnhoff is clean with a delicate, pure citrus character and crisp acidity.
